About The House of Logos Ministries

vision

The House of Logos Ministries (THOLM) is a dynamic ministry with serval goals to achieve: (1) to become an established church or ministry within the Lafayette, Louisiana area, the nation, and around the world. (2) to become a true example of Christ's ideal church within the earth. (3) to become a mega center for evangelism, healing and deliverance within the world. Our beliefs are based on the Bible and centered on Jesus Christ. Our main mission is very simple: to lead people to honor and glorify God via Jesus Christ. Also, we desire to always be a ministry that believe the Word of God as absolute, desciplining others to become Ambassadors for Christ, and church planting. That means we’re not just about a building or some complicated religious system, but about helping people from all backgrounds discover the joy that comes from knowing and serving Jesus Christ.

There are serval ministerial pursuits of THOLM, but in addition to that, God has lead us to be a tow truck ministry for other leaders. It is our intent or purpose to be lead by the Holy Spirit and to walk under an Apostolic anointing. This is inclusive of being structured as such and function as God directs the church in Ephesians 4:11-13; "And He gave some, Apostles; and some, Prophets; and some, Evangelists; and some, Pastors and Teachers; (V12)  For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the Body of Christ: (V13) Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ (NKJV)."  We invite you to come and explore who we are in one of our worship services. We know that visiting or parntering up with a new ministry/church can be intimidating, so we try to do things in a way where you’ll feel welcome and not like an outsider. Please do not be afraid of the Spiritual and Supernatural atmosphere that you will encounter at the House of Logos because it is not by accident that you are interested in fellowshipping with us. When you come, you can participate or just sit back and observe. You’ll discover a warm Holy Ghost atmosphere, practical teaching from God's Word and fellow worshippers pursuing God together. And with childcare and classes for all ages, your family will love it too! God made a promise in the Bible that if we seek after Him, we’ll find Him. You are a valued part of God’s creation and His deep desire is to be in a relationship with you. So come and join us as we pursue God together!

We believe in the Holy Spirit having His way within our worship experience, regardless to what vehicle He wishes to inhabit, whether it be through prayer, praise and worship, or during the preached Word of God. We invite you to come check us out during any of our worship services. We know that our style could be a new experience to some, confusing and intimidating, we welcome you to participate in our praise and worship time so you’ll feel welcome and not like an outsider. Regardless the service you attend, feel free to participate or just sit back and observe. Overall, feel free to worship with us and follow up with questions via email for clarity concerning anything that is foreign to you. God's love rain upon you and we look forward to you joining us for praise and worship.

At The House of Logos Ministries we value the family and we believe church should be a place for people of all ages. Every Sunday we provide children's ministries alongside our regular services, which provides a age-appropriate environment for kids to encounter Christ.

theocracy

The House of Logos Ministries is guided by the Spirit of God for overall direction and spiritual needs of the church. Our leaders provide sound, practical, biblical teaching at each worship service. They are equipped to share God's love with our local community. The House of Logos Ministries is blessed to have a God given team who are truly dedicated to Christ and accomplishing His will.
